Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we provide product OEM service for our customers. We have professional production equipment and experienced production team, which can meet OEM orders of different sizes and requirements.
What's the minimum order quantity for OEM?
Our OEM minimum order quantity is determined by the specific product specifications and process requirements. Generally, for conventional product styles and simple processes, we usually have inventory. However, if you have special design or process requirements, the minimum order quantity may be adjusted, and you can communicate further with our business team.
How to ensure the quality of OEM products?
We have established a complete quality management system. Starting from the purchase of raw materials, we only use high-quality materials. During the production process, each process has a strict quality inspection link, including the inspection of key indicators such as product viscosity, strength, and dimensional accuracy. The finished products will also be fully inspected before leaving the factory to ensure that each batch of OEM products meets high quality standards.
Can I make custom requests for OEM products?
Of course. We welcome customers to make customized requirements, whether it is the size, shape, color, material or special functions (such as waterproof, fireproof, etc.), we will do our best to meet them. You can explain your customization requirements in detail to our business team, and we will provide you with professional advice and solutions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfer, online payment (such as PayPal, Alipay, USDT, etc., to be determined by both parties). For long-term cooperative customers, we can also negotiate other appropriate payment methods based on specific circumstances.
What is the payment process?
After confirming the order, we will provide you with detailed order information and payment notice, including order amount, payment deadline, etc. After you complete the payment as required by the notice, please send the payment voucher to our financial department or relevant business contact, and we will arrange production after confirming the payment.
During the cooperation period when we do not fully gain your trust, we can accept third-party guaranteed payment, such as bank letter of credit, palpay payment, WorldTrade or other platforms.
Do you support progress payments?
Of course we support, for trusting customers. We start production after receiving the advance payment, mid-term payment is paid according to the production ratio, and the final payment is paid when the product is shipped.
Is there any prepayment requirement?
Generally, for a new customer’s first order, we will require a certain percentage (usually [X]%) of advance payment to ensure smooth execution of the order. For long-term customers with good credit, the advance payment ratio can be adjusted appropriately based on negotiation between the two parties.
Can you provide samples for testing?
Of course, we will make samples according to your requirements and mail them to you for testing, but in order to prevent samples from being abused, we will charge the freight according to the actual situation of the samples and consider charging the sample fee.
How to submit sample request?
Please contact us to submit your sample requirements. You can provide pictures, documents (with as detailed dimensions, processes, materials and uses as possible), or even mail physical samples to us. Considering the time efficiency of mailing, it is recommended that you express your sample requirements clearly to strive for a successful one-time test.
Can you customize the logo and packaging?
Of course, please contact us with as much details as possible. If it is about third party logos, please provide authorization documents.
Do we need to sign a contract?
It is not required when making samples, but it i when making formal orders. If the contract is not used, the PI will prevail.
What are your delivery methods?
We offer a variety of shipping methods, including express delivery (such as special lines, UPS, FedEx and other common express companies) and logistics (air, rail, sea). We will choose the most suitable shipping method based on the weight, volume and customer needs of the order to ensure that the goods can be delivered in a timely and safe manner. Can I specify the port of shipment?
Yes, if the order quantity is large, we support delivery methods such as FCA, FOB, CIP, etc.
What if there is a problem with the goods I received?
We provide comprehensive after-sales service for our products. During the warranty period, if there are any quality problems with the product, quantity problems with the goods received, or discrepancies with the order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving the goods and provide relevant photos or video evidence. We will provide you with solutions such as reissue, exchange or refund according to the specific situation.
We will strictly produce according to samples or requirements, so please do not ignore any problems with the samples. If it is caused by your mistake, we cannot recycle or compensate.

If your intellectual property is involved in the order, we will keep it strictly confidential to ensure that it will not be known by a third party. At the same time, we will ensure the privacy of your order. If you have special requirements, we will not print any information about our company on the product.
